Why have i prep the vegetables, dont worry it is not a simple salad.It is a fresh ,healthy sandwich.I love to have a simple sandwich for my snack or breakfast.Onion can be alarming for people who go to work , u can skip and add vegetables of your choice.I have kept it simple using little pepper powder and salt.This low calorie but very healthy sandwich.I love to have with tomato ketchup.I like to toast my bread , it gives a nice crunch , you can avoid it also.I too agree very simple sandwich ......
- Whole Meal / White bread - 2 slices
- Thinly sliced vegetables - capsicum , tomato ,cucumber ,onion ,lettuce.
- Pepper Powder as needed
- Salt as needed
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Toast the both the slices of bread in the tava using olive oil .
- Layer one side of the bread with lettuce,cucumber ,tomato onion ,capsicum ,lettuce,in any order of your choice.
- Sprinkle little pepper powder and salt .
- You can add mayo or ketchup if u want .
- Top it with another toasted bread,press it well .leave it in hot tava for 1min.
- Remove from heat ,cut and serve with any ketchup of your choice.
