I love to have lot of salads,juice and smoothie.It helps you keep yourself fit.I was trying all different variations of smoothie using all fruits ,this one smoothie was tasty and yummy.My kiddos who are very fussy happily drank it.Try this variations you will definitely like it.
- Grapes-1 cup ,seedless,washed
- Banana-1/4 cup ,sliced
- Milk-1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar as needed
- Blend together all in a mixer,you can sieve it and serve.For kids better to seive .
