This is not any non-veg .It is bitter gourd fried .I like bitter gourd very much ,i keep on trying different varieties in it.This taste great with rasam and curd rice.Adding rice flour gives crispness to the vegetable.Marinating in salt removes the bitterness of the vegetable. My son started to eat bitter gourd after frying like this , even though it is still bitter.Try this recipe and do post your comments.
