Green Peas Kachoris& Dum Aloo for SNC Challenge # 5

Every month Divya of YouTooCanCook conducts a SNC challenge event. This is my II participation in her event. It is a quite interesting event, the fun part is we wouldnt have heard of the food nor tasted it .Still you push yourself doing it.The South Team is challenged with a Northern delicacy and viceversa.I belong to the SouthTeam. This month South Team were challenged with Peas Kachoris & Dum Aloo is a Bengali delicacy by Sanoli of Sanoli's Kitchen.
I love kachoris , but using green peas , it was different to me .Dum aloo i have tasted but never tried at home.I was wondering whether these two would match ,Trust me when you have it together it is definitely yum.
I was very skeptical about trying with Maida (not very healthy ,blah blah ),still i thought and went ahead a prepared a small batch .We all loved it .I wondered how could a fried fritter could bring such a taste , sure you should all try it .I was also thinking ,whether i should add sugar , still went ahead with the recipe,it was yummy and brings a very nice taste to the food. The pooris didnt absorb oil as i suspected.I must admit it was quite a heavy lunch for me .

I appreciate Sanoli for her detailed step - step instruction and pics , i was running between the kitchen and hall to check from her site whether i have added as she instructed. Thanks Sanoli .I quite enjoyed doing this challenge.
